Hans, I’m looking forward to tonights call. I’m recently divorced and have a settlement coming from a retirement account. It’s enough to pay off my property, pay the taxes and 10%fees. this is my only debt. The property that I insisted keeping is an income producing asset. Thank you so much for your teaching at Dynasty Dec 08! My accountant & friend suggested that I take the settlement put it into CD’s with a 15 year payout. this he says will save me the huge penalty for taking the money up front and increase cash flow enough to take the same amount of money and pay the house note, insurance and taxes. Savings of over 30K over the next 15 years not to mention the 30K early withdrawal charge will be paid out over time instead of one lump sum. However… Hans I’m listening!! I feel lost, I’m not a financial person, my x husband of 31 years took care of all of this. With what I am hearing, even CD’s might not be a safe place? Do you have any suggestions? I’ve talked to my council of people they say well if it’s that bad then what Good is your property going to be? It is self sufficient in every way. Do you have a suggestion? I could work the “plan” but what do I do with the money that is safer?

First of all thank you for the awesome experience of Creating a Dynasty! After listening to the call tonight, I have come to the understanding that using a 401K account or Universal Variable Life accounts for retirement may not be the wisest thing at this time. My husband and I are pretty young (31 and 27). We are wondering if we should put the money that we get out of those accounts toward our debt, in our savings, or toward gold investments. Do you recommend a percentage of it stay in savings vs. an investment?…Or should we consider another option. Thank you so much for your time!!

Thank you so much for the call tonight! It was such a wealth of information! I just wanted to add to our testimonial. After we began applying the True Wealth Formula for six months God worked a miracle and lowered our home loan by $2500 per month. Had this not happened we were going to let it go because we had leveraged our home to invest in real estate and lost and the current mortgage we were paying ($4700) did not allow us to live on 70% of our income (we are actually living on 65%now). Just like everyone else, I have to say that this last Dynasty (my first time going) was truly life changing. I love the analogy you used when you talked about learning these ideas and concepts for the first time. It truly feels like I took the “red pill”. And all though the road ahead seems almost daunting – I can’t go back now. In fact everything I went through during Dynasty was an eye opening, life transforming experience. You guys are awesome! With everything I learned, I do have two quick questions. With everything that was introduced about investing, paying off debt and preparing to become self sufficient (perhaps stocking up on food) I’m not sure where to start. If all of them are important how do I chose which one to focus on first? My husband and I have 5 children so we want to make sure that are family is well prepared for the times to come. My second question is how do I work-in my personal development expenses into the formula? Do I just cut down on one of the four percentages and create another for those costs?

Most of our money is tied up in the current house that we are living in and we are now seeing this as a liability instead of an investment. We are in debt with the current mortgage and feel like slaves to the house. Our prayer is to downsize and simplify so that we can put what we have to work.

Holy Stinkin’ Moly Batman is RIGHT! I can’t really find any more appropriate words to describe how AMAZING that call was!!! Damien’s perceptive on things was absolutely GENIUS. God must really like that dude?! I mean, the things he said were worth thousands (or millions, depending on individual application) — sheesh! And like you said, it wasn’t only appropriate for real estate — he gave sooooo many simple but practical and extremely profitable advice that can be applied to ANYONE in ANY FIELD. I was so excited after that call, that my mind was racing like crazy that I had to just write my goals, action steps and ideas to calm myself down and fall asleep. That tip on combating the single-family argument– “What defines a family?” — GENIUS!

I can go on and on. But he has truly confirmed some of things I had been procrastinating and contemplating doing, i.e. getting my real estate license in the future to cut on commission costs. I went through all of the schooling and completed the 60 hours of training, but didn’t take the test out of fear, and thought it would be a disadvantage as a landlord, because of all the things an agent legally can’t disclose. But now I know it is OK to suck it up and do it (in time of course). But even if I didn’t, learning all of his tips on creative negotiating tactics (act like you don’t care about it, don’t get emotionally attached, treat Real Estate as vehicle), incentives, breaking down commissions into monthly payments, AND THE LIST GOES ON AND ON…I can only say THANK YOU SO MUCH HANS and THANK YOU DAMIEN. You guys will forever be in my prayers. I really can’t express enough gratitude. I can’t wait to listen to this call again!!

P.S. – One quick question that I wanted to know for a potential future call, you know those ads/paid programs that talk about purchasing homes that were foreclosed because of tax liens due to unpaid property taxes, and the government sells the homes for the cost of the outstanding lean (i.e. a few hundred, or couple thousand dollars) — how true is that? If it is, how the heck do you find those homes?

The call with Damien was absolutely filled with priceless gems. I truly learned how to look at real estate as a tool not one to be feared. I lost a residential/rental property to foreclosure years ago. I see now all the mistakes I made back then.
I appreciated being able to ask Damien a question about the housing market in Las Vegas, since we are planning to move there. After Dynasty last May(2008) in Dallas where Dani gave that awesome prophecy, we got out of the church we were in and began searching for one in our community(Hilo,HI) After almost giving up, we found Thy Word Ministries(based in Las Vegas) where the language from the pulpit was the same you and Dani spoke encouraging market place ministry. We also want to be closer to FSTS/DYNASTY each month to stay plugged in. Traveling from Hawaii is costly, along with the cost of living,so we see it as downsizing further.
I’ll be coming into some seed money soon from a settlement, and we already have gold and silver with Kirk, so I’m looking to diversify with real estate. I’ll be praying for direction, studying my notes and listening to the call over and over again.
I receive the word Damien spoke over me(Prov.3:5) and I will be asking God for Divine Revelation!

Don’t be afraid of debt!How revolutionary. You know I always saw myself as not having the spirit of fear, but love and a sound mind. But I have to tell you that even I have felt trapped by the pressures of debt. However, Damien explained the concept of good debt if you have assets that exceed the debt amount. What a new way of thinking. Dani often says don’t be afraid to spend money investing in yourself. Hans, I was skeptical about my membership to TWF for no reason at all because I have saved more than $1000 in stupid purchases avoided through the knowledge and wisdom received in just the last two weeks. Words are a limited expression but I will attempt to place into limited expression. First all I can say is that it was a divine appointment and I dared not miss. Damien is a man filled with the wisdom of God and a man who sincerely shared that wisdom to help others. I never would have thought in my life time that I would seat at the feet of this gentleman and brother in the Lord. He is evidence that God’s way works and God’s people are working it well.

For Hans to share his mentor with me and others was a gift to me. I wrote down pages as he spoke. This was a marker in my life and the beginning of bigger and better vision. Hans, this is a great site. The information on debt reduction is excellent. People young and old need to review it. The other information is insightful and makes me think – allot! We, as Americans, or Canadians, need to watch our demogracy! We live in the greatest countries in the world, and need to protect our freedoms! You and Dani teach lessons that all North Americans need to hear. I have been to many of your seminars, and own allot of the other tools. QUESTIONS

Hans I am grateful for this website it is empowering.

Ok so as we line out our true wealth formula I have run into some questions.
If everything we are learning is going to happen would it be wise to take our 10% set aside for God and buy food, gold/silver, and non GMO seeds? The thought is that people will be hurting allot more in the times ahead and their will be lots more of them. Also if gold/food etc go through the roof as some predictions point at then your 10% set aside could grow to 20, 30 or 100 fold. Any thoughts Hans or anybody else that may have some feedback?

Another question is if we have a budget set up to where we are setting aside 20% of all income for tax purposes would it be wise to buy Gold/Silver with that money so its not stuck in the banking system and is not being leveraged?

Hi Hans, sorry it’s taken me so long to send feedback. I’ve been busy protecting our assets since the call with Kirk Elliott. If I had taken action after Dynasty in Dallas, I would have prevented a lot of losses in the stock market. Kirk has been advising me and I’ve moved everything out of the stock market. He’s helped with a plan for cash and precious metals. What a feeling of empowerment when I took action with my own assets and don’t have to take the stupidity of politicians or the lies of corporate accounting. I am curious if anyone is familiar with the concept of becoming your own bank. Pamela Yellen, author of Bank on Yourself: The Life-Changing Secret to Growing and Protecting Your Financial Future, seems to offer an compelling case for this system, but I have only just begun researching this potentially promising topic.

Basically, she advocates establishing a certain type of whole life insurance policy that contains a particular rider, accelerating the value of the policy. Instead of borrowing money from a bank (or plastic), you are borrowing from yourself and likewise pay yourself back with interest. Since the policy earns a guaranteed dividend, the interest on repayment is considerably less than that charged by banks, and the money is returning to you tax-free, it seems like a brilliant idea.

Any thoughts?

Hans, I really want to thank you and Dani for helping to leading me to the revelations about what’s going on, and what’s behind what’s going on in the world today. In all this am becoming more and more aware that we need to stay close to God, and it is only by his grace and strength that we will find a the path through the times ahead.
